Iza Van Dee | Mall Store Design
Iza Van Dee is an up-and-coming womens clothing designer and retailer, with a growing popularity. Our challange was to propose, and build, the new Iza Van Dee store for Baneasa Mall Bucharest.
Iza Van Dee's keywords to us were : FEMININE, ELEGANT, BRIGHT COLORS, STORYTELLING, POLKA DOTS AND ORGANIC this embodied our requirements, a fabulous modern store inspired by a unique story.
The Concept
Feeling comfortable in your own skin, conscious of your own beauty and the power it has on others, we were inspired by the telling of the original sin to reinterpret this ancient-old mystery of the fairer sex, and the effect it can have, we wanted to tell a story.
The infamous TREE OF KNOWLEDGE became our centerpiece. The apples, now in it's abstract form - styrofoam brightly colored spheres hand from the ceiling in a dazzling custom-made chandelier.
The Setting
To create the perfect backdrop for our story we chose pastoral biblical images, with lush landscapes and luxuriant sorroundings. The display window backdrop was designed translucent, to offer a glimpse of the interior.
