Chez Marie - Restaurant Remake

The challenge was to modernize the identity and interior design for Chez Marie restaurant located in the heart of Bucharest. The space had been transformed into a transition area between the interior of the restaurant and the outdoor terrace. Not very generous size wise, and with a sloped ceiling this area had to bring something new to the design but to stay connected to the rest of the restaurant.

A  3D metallic structure was custom built for the walls.

The sloped ceiling was masked with a light 3D structure produced especially for this project. The walls and ceiling represent the same shape but in a different (positive and negative) interpretation.

The Final Result

All the elements were carefully designed to create a premium ambient and offer the consumers a truly unique experience.
